Twirlstar is a lacy, layered, child's skirt with the pattern available in sizes 2T-4T. It is knit in the round using circular needles. No seaming is required although each skirt is knitted separately. Both skirts are attached at the waist with an elastic casing and the use of a provisional cast on. Bind off for both skirts is traditional. A good working knowledge of increase and decrease lace stitches is recommended.
